Scheduling & Arrivals

đź–¤Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you have a spa appointment that you were unable to complete your paperwork for, please arrive 10 minutes early. If a provider is running late, we will contact you the moment we are made aware. Please have the same courtesy if you are running late. Any guest that is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment can be rescheduled automatically.

đź–¤In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow 48 hours notice to avoid any late fees. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled under 24 hours; can be subject to any late fees associated with the last minute cancellation of your appointment. If you no show your appointment, you will be subject to the late fees. Charges are up to the discretion of the provider and manager and are not automatic. Any guest whose appointment is cancelled or rescheduled last minute due to a change in your providers schedule; may also be subject to a discount in the event we cannot get you in with another stylist same day.

đź–¤Credit cards are required at the time of booking your appointment to reserve your time with your provider. There is no hold or charge to your card unless you fall into the guidelines of our last minute cancellation or no show policy and the provider and manager have decided there is a fee associated with your appointment.

đź–¤For the safety and relaxation of our guests, children are not permitted to be with you during your salon appointment unless they are receiving service. Children are never permitted with you during a spa service. If you are unable to find childcare, our front desk team will be happy to assist you with rescheduling your appointment.

đź–¤Furry friends are not allowed to be with you during your service for health and safety reasons unless they are working and clearly identified.

Pricing & Product

🤍Cosmos offers complimentary consultations for any guests needs. Some services may require a consultation prior to booking the service to ensure we can safely provide the requested service to our guests. Consultations are always complimentary and do not guarantee we will be able to schedule for the service consulted on.

🤍Cosmos services are priced a la carte - for full service total, please keep that in mind.

🤍Gratuities are always welcomed, never required and are never part of your service total.

🤍Service prices are subject to change without notice; members may receive some services at a discount based on their active membership choice.

🤍Retail prices are subject to change without notice; members receive all retail at 10% off with their active membership.

Service & Product Guarantees

đź–¤Due to necessary home care, Cosmos provides a 48 hour guarantee on most services as long as recommended home care products were used. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we are happy to assist you with your concerns. Any alteration to your service after leaving Cosmos voids the guarantee for us to be able to assist you complimentary and may be subject to fees or charges for corrections.

đź–¤Retail product purchases may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened; opened retail product cannot be returned. Hair pieces, brushes & gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Card purchases can be returned as an account credit only; these are not eligible for cash back upon return. Cash purchases may only be an account credit to use on future purchases, services or retail product. Cosmos gift cards only valid at Cosmos Salon and Spa and Cosmos can only accept Cosmos Salon and Spa giftcards. LaVida gift cards and Spa Finder gift cards are not accepted. Some general gift cards (Visa gift cards, etc) are welcomed by Cosmos Salon and Spa however sometimes the bank carrier of the gift card does not authorize beauty establishments to remove funds; please check with your gift card provider before using at Cosmos for checkout.
