  • Appointments can be booked online 24/7 or by calling or texting our front desk during business hours.

  • We welcome walk-ins when availability allows, but we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred provider and time.

  • We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

  • Absolutely! You’re welcome to request your preferred provider when booking.

  • We stand behind the quality of our salon services and offer a 48-hour service guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to schedule an adjustment.

    • Adjustments to refine or correct the original service will be provided at no additional cost within this 48-hour window.

    • If you request a different result than what was originally agreed upon during your service, additional charges will apply.

    • Requests for additional length removal after a haircut service will incur a fee unless otherwise determined by your stylist at the time of service.

    Service Guarantee Limitations

    • Any alterations, treatments, or changes made to your hair after leaving the salon will void the 48-hour guarantee.

    • Services that have been altered externally are not eligible for corrections, refunds, or credits.

    Spa Services
    All spa services are non-refundable and not eligible for credit or adjustments.

    Retail & Product Returns

    • Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or credit.

    • Opened or used products are not eligible for refund or credit under any circumstances.

    • Cash purchases for retail items will be refunded as account credit only.

    Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
    The following items are final sale and not eligible for refund or credit at any time:

    • Hair extensions

    • Hair pieces

    • Fill-It for $5 bottles 

    • Brushes and styling tools
