Post Treatment Instructions
Proper aftercare is essential for achieving long-lasting results.
For the first 24 hours
Keep your brows completely dry.
Do not wash or wet the brows.
Avoid swimming, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and excessive sweating.
Avoid heavy exercise.
Avoid facials or facial steaming.
Do not apply makeup to the brow area.
Avoid touching, rubbing, or scratching the brows.
Avoid sleeping face-down if possible.
For the first 48 hours
Avoid products containing:
Retinol
Retinoids
AHAs/BHAs
Glycolic acid
Salicylic acid
Benzoyl peroxide
Exfoliants
Do not wax, thread, or chemically treat the brows.
Ongoing Care
Brush brows daily with a clean spoolie to maintain their shape.
Avoid excessive rubbing or pulling on the brows.
Minimize prolonged exposure to chlorine and salt water when possible.
Protect the brow area with sunscreen once the initial 24-hour period has passed.

Post Treatment Instructions

Drink plenty of water to support hydration.
Avoid hot baths, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and prolonged heat exposure.
Avoid vigorous exercise that causes excessive sweating.
Moisturize your skin with a gentle body lotion or body butter.
Wear loose-fitting clothing if your skin feels sensitive.
First 48 Hours
Do not exfoliate treated areas.
Avoid using harsh scrubs, exfoliating gloves, or chemical exfoliants.
Protect treated skin from prolonged sun exposure.
Apply SPF 30 or higher to any exposed treated areas.
Ongoing Care
Moisturize daily to maintain soft, hydrated skin.
Stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
Resume gentle exfoliation after 48 hours, one to two times per week.
Schedule maintenance treatments every 4–6 weeks, or as recommended by your esthetician.

Post Treatment Instructions

First 24–48 Hours
Keep your lashes completely dry.
Avoid swimming, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and excessive sweating.
Do not rub, pull, or touch your lashes.
Avoid sleeping face-down or pressing your lashes against your pillow.
Avoid oil-based skincare products around the eyes.
Do not use waterproof mascara or eyelash curlers.
Avoid facials or treatments that produce excessive steam.
Daily Care
Clean your lashes daily using an eyelash extension-safe cleanser.
Rinse thoroughly and gently pat dry.
Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie to keep them neat and separated.
Sleep on your back or side whenever possible to reduce friction.
Avoid rubbing your eyes.
Never pull or pick at your extensions, as this can damage your natural lashes.
Products to Avoid
Oil-based cleansers or makeup removers
Waterproof mascara
Heavy eye creams on the lash line
Cotton pads or cotton balls that may snag the extensions
Mechanical eyelash curlers
Maintenance
Schedule fill appointments every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.
Natural lash shedding is normal, and extensions will shed with your natural lashes as part of the normal growth cycle.
Have extensions professionally removed if you no longer wish to wear them. Do not attempt to remove them yourself.

Do not apply any products to your lashes unless recommended by your provider.
Ongoing Care
Be gentle when cleansing your face and eye area.
Avoid rubbing or pulling on your lashes.
Use oil-free makeup remover when possible, as oil-based products may shorten the longevity of your lift.
Brush lashes gently with a clean spoolie if they become crossed or out of place.
Conditioning your lashes with a lash serum or conditioning treatment (if recommended by your provider) can help maintain healthy lashes.
Avoid excessive heat exposure, such as prolonged steam or frequent sauna use, which may reduce the longevity of your lift.

Preparing for your appointment
24 hours prior:
Exfoliate your entire body using a non-oil-based exfoliant or exfoliating mitt to remove dead skin cells.
Complete any shaving, waxing, sugaring, or hair removal (48 hours is ideal for waxing or sugaring).
Avoid applying self-tanners for at least one week before your appointment.
Moisturize dry areas (elbows, knees, ankles, hands, and feet).
Day of:
Shower before your appointment.
Do not apply:
Lotion
Body oil
Perfume or body spray
Deodorant or antiperspirant
Makeup
Sunscreen
Wear loose-fitting, dark-colored clothing and open-toed shoes or sandals.
Remove all jewelry.
Post Treatment Instructions
Following these instructions will help your spray tan develop evenly and last as long as possible.
During the Development Period
Avoid getting your skin wet until your provider's recommended rinse time (typically 8–12 hours, or as directed for rapid-developing solutions).
Do not shower, bathe, swim, or use hot tubs.
Avoid sweating, exercise, saunas, and steam rooms.
Avoid applying lotions, oils, deodorant, makeup, or perfume.
Wear loose-fitting clothing to minimize rubbing against the skin.
Avoid crossing your legs or resting your hands on your body for prolonged periods if possible, as pressure may affect color development.
Your First Rinse
Rinse with lukewarm water only unless instructed otherwise.
Do not use soap or body wash during your first rinse.
Rinse until the cosmetic bronzer has washed away and the water runs clear.
Gently pat your skin dry with a towel. Do not rub.
Daily Care
Moisturize your skin daily with an oil-free moisturizer to help prolong your tan.
Use gentle, sulfate-free body wash when showering.
Take short, lukewarm showers instead of long, hot showers.
Pat your skin dry after bathing rather than rubbing with a towel.
Drink plenty of water to help keep your skin hydrated.
To Extend the Life of Your Tan
Avoid:
Long hot baths
Hot tubs
Chlorinated pools
Saltwater for extended periods
Excessive sweating
Exfoliating scrubs
Loofahs or exfoliating gloves
Retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, or other exfoliating products on tanned skin
Oil-based body products
